Cette recherche peut s'appuyer sur l'identi cation de processus cognitifs appropri&eacute;s, via le ph&eacute;nom&egrave;ne de m&eacute;ta-cognition. Malgr&eacute; des limites li&eacute;es par exemple &agrave; l'augmentation de la charge mentale, renforcer les processus cognitifs permet &agrave; l'acteur de mieux designer son exp&eacute;rience : cela est particuli&egrave;rement int&eacute;ressant dans le champ des apprentissages o&ugrave; il est n&eacute;cessaire de r&eacute;viser une strat&eacute;gie.
